At Chang Le Studio, each artwork is made to order. Because every piece is made individually after your order is placed, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Made-to-Order Artwork

All prints and framed artworks are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

• Change of mind
• Choosing the wrong size, frame, or style
• Color or appearance differences caused by screen settings
• An incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout

Please review your selected zodiac sign, calligraphy style, size, frame option, and shipping address carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your piece arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the artwork
• Clear photos of the packaging, if the item was damaged during shipping

If the issue is confirmed, we may arrange a replacement or reprint at our discretion.

Unauthorized Returns

Please do not send any item back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
