Shipping policy
At Chang Le Studio, each artwork is made to order. Please allow time for your print or framed artwork to be produced before it ships.
Production Time
All prints and framed artworks are made to order. Please allow 2 to 4 business days for printing, framing, quality checks, and packaging before shipment.
Delivery Estimates
Total delivery time includes both production time and shipping transit time.
If delivery estimates are shown at checkout, they may reflect carrier transit time only and may not include production time. All delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Transit Times
After production is complete and the order has shipped, estimated transit times are generally:
• United States: 2 to 3 business days
• Canada: 3 to 5 business days
• International: 5 to 8 business days
Actual shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, local delivery conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent automatically to the email address provided at checkout. The shipping confirmation will include the carrier, tracking number, and tracking link when available.
Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
We may not be able to replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Address changes are not guaranteed once an order has been placed or entered production.
Lost or Delayed Orders
For shipping concerns, please contact us with your order number and tracking information.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy and contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the artwork and packaging.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, or local charges that may apply upon delivery.
